If you didn’t know, Finesse was a very short lived sub-brand by Fujiwara stemming from Goodenough. Finesse was put into existence solely to make extremely limited runs of exclusive Goodenough products mainly meant for friends/family or die hard fans of Goodenough/ Fujiwara. Sadly the brand only lasted for roughly 1-2 years so finding finesse products is pretty hard.Â
1998 was the first year that Fujiwara decided to add more function within his garments starting with this ventilated pit/neck design. This was the first time this specific cut got released into market as an early taste of what was to come the following year for Goodenough main label in 1999.
Hoodie itself is top quality and very heavy weight knitted wool. Additional features include air vents under pits and back of the neck with goodenough’s signature high neck / boxy fit. You don’t see many of these hoodies, thus the price for this is higher.
